Value for money, view from the room, location, friendliness of staff, amazing breakfast.
Paint peeling in bathroom - not a big issue though.
We enjoyed the great location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful to us (this really made all the difference to our enjoyment of the hotel). The breakfast each day was substantial and fresh. The linen was changed each day, and the entrance foyer & breakfast room were elegant.
The hotel, though generally good, had a few points which let it down. The room we had was OK, but a bit shabby. There was mould in the bathroom, presumably caused by the leaking cistern. The bedroom floor was grubby. The double bed was in fact two singles pushed together. The biggest deal for us was that the rooftop bar, which we had really looked forward to enjoying, was closed as it was "out of season" (Easter!). The fact that it closed during certain months was not made clear on the hotel website, or during our booking. It didn't affect our overall experience of Rome but it was disappointing not be be able to enjoy it, especially considering it is one of the hotel's key marketing points, and the hotel seemed pretty busy to me.
the rooftopterrace with bar was very nice!
no hot ingredients for the breakfast+ mainly sweet stuff/ rather small rooms: I had a two persons room but was lucky to be there on my own. the room was clean but needed some refurbishment (wardrobe didn't close, dirty wallpaper,.)
Staff were very friendly and advised how to get to different sights by public transportation as well as recommended good restaurants near by the hotel. Location was peaceful and easy enough to head everywhere!
Room was maybe a little bit smaller than we thought, especially since we had a baby bed and stroller in the room. Bed was only 140 cm wide and air-conditioning did not work, even though outside temperature was not too hot. I could use lap-top only in the bathroom because of the electricity plug.
We really liked the rooftop bar, the hotel lounge and the breakfast room, a spacious and romantic garden room with beautiful morning sun, where we enjoyed excellent extensive continental breakfast.
The room was good, though a little small.
well situated , friendly staff ,nice and quiet room.
Nicely situated in town, friendly staff, clean, good breakfast, good value for money. Good beds and real duvets. Hope to come back.
The hotel was clean and its staff friendly. The breakfast was good too.
I didn't like the district (Trastevere)...
Excellent location for city tours. Very good breakfast. Very clean hotel. Lovely typical area of Rome with nice restaurants.Very polite and supportive staff.
A little noisy from the street nearby and from the next room. Relatively small room, but really spceous bathroom. A little dark in the room.
The hotel is clean, comfortable, the staff are very pleasant, and the location is excellent, within walking distance to the Vatican, Colosseum and other main attractions.
The roof terrace bar was a very nice feature
It was in a very good location, lots of restaurants close by. Breakfast was nice and staff friendly and helpful.
Room quite small
The view from the roof bar is amazing! The location is excellent, walking distance to all nice restaurants in Trastevere and tram number 8 takes to the historic center. Very kind personnell in the hotel! Bathrooms are comfortable and clean. Excellent choise for holiday in Rome.
The air condition in our room did not work perfectly. Rooms are quite small, but OK.
well located a step away from main attractions but in a great area with many restaurants and great atmosphere, the roof terrace was great to relax in and view the world . We will return
Wfi internet non existent in rooms but available in lobby and breakfast room
Very freindly and helpfull staff, nice clean room - but small, nice bath and the hotel are good located in trastivere - just a small walk from Rome city center. Location are very local and quiet.
